Shipping policy

 

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times provided at the checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to high volume at peak times, during a launch, special sales and holidays, there may be delays in the postal service which are outside of our control. We attempt to notify every customer preemptively if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For certain campaigns and marketing purposes there may be free shipping offered, or free shipping thresholds for purchase over a £50 amount. 

Minimum & Maximum Delivery Times

The minimum delivery time is 3 business days, and maximum delivery time is 7 business days. In the possible case there is a weather disruption, we may incur further delays. Send us a message at hello@wearereset.co if you need help with receiving your order.

We do not offer in-store or at warehouse pickup to customers. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. We may contact you via text message with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your order's arrival.

International Shipping

UK & Mauritius: We currently ship to Mauritius and UK only.

EU: We currently do not ship to Europe via our website or authorised retailers.

Rest of the world: For international shipping, please visit our authorised retailer at www.beautybay.com

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wearereset.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
