We’re sorry that you didn’t love your Resèt products. While we hope our products earn their spot in your long-term regime, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our policies below carefully for more information. 

Returns Policy

If for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Drop us an email with your name, order number and the reason(s) why it didn’t work for you at hello@wearereset.co

Note that the cost of returning your product must be covered by the customer, with the exception of special circumstances if accepted by the team.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene reasons.

How to return your product

1. Drop us an email with your name, order number and the reason(s) why it didn’t work for you at hello@wearereset.co
2. Once approved, we will share the return address via email.
3. Package the product in it's original condition and post the product via Royal Mail Tracked.
4. Send us the tracking number via email within the 14 day window. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
