About the products

Can I use the product if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Our products are formulated from +90% naturally derived
ingredients and are safe for use whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.

As an extra precaution during pregnancy, we recommend speaking with your doctor and doing a patch test for 24 hours before the first application.

Are your products safe for colour-treated hair?

Yes, all our products are formulated to be safe for colour-treated
hair.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I use your products on children?

Our Invigorating Hair Oil is safe for use in children. However,
they contain essential oils which are potential allergens, for specific
concerns we recommend that you speak with your doctor.

We don't recommend using the Stimulating Scalp Serum on children as they were created for hair loss and thinning in adults.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products can be used for 12 months from the date of opening when stored at room temperature
and tightly sealed in between applications.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! Our products are 100% vegan as they do not contain animal or animal-derived
ingredients.

Order & shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We’re working behind the scenes to offer our products globally,
however for the time being, we are only able to ship to the United Kingdom and Mauritius

How can I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email
notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become
available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your
shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wearereset.co  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What can I do if I haven't received my order confirmation email?

Please check your ‘junk’ email folder to see if your order
confirmation may be there. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please
email us at hello@wearereset.co

Can I change my order?

We do not offer changes (e.g. add/remove products, apply discount codes) or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, if you have any issues, please contact us at hello@wearereset.co and we'll be glad to assist you!

Can I change my address on my order?

Orders are processed in a very short period of time, so we
cannot guarantee that the order has not already been fulfilled and shipped.

Please email us as soon as possible on hello@wearereset.co and if your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can try make the necessary changes.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping to all orders above £50. Orders below £50 are charged at our standard rate.

What is your return policy?

We’re sorry that you didn’t love your Resèt products. We want you to enjoy your haircare experience as much as possible.

If for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Drop us an email with your name, order number and the reason(s) why it didn’t work for you at hello@wearereset.co

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene reasons.
