Where is Resèt based?

We are a Mauritius inspired brand based in the UK. All our haircare products are made in the UK.

Is Resèt suitable for all hair types?

Yes, Resèt products are formulated for all hair types including fine or thinning hair, curly hair and afro hair textures.

Do you offer samples or testers?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer samples or testers free of charge.

Product questions

Can I use Resèt if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

While we have kept pregnancy in mind while formulating our products, we recommend consulting with a medical professional first as everyone’s sensitivities vary. Once you get a green light from your medical professional, please don’t forget to patch test on a small area (i.e. your arm) before full application.

The products are safe for use whilst breastfeeding.

Is it suitable for children and babies?

The hair oil is safe for kids 1 year+ as far as the ingredients are concerned, but we recommend consulting with your medical advisor prior to use as children have more sensitive skin than adults and our product contains essential oils!

Before using the hair oil, please patch test it for 24 hours

The scalp serum is for those suffering from hair loss and thinning and is therefore not appropriate for children.

What is the shelf life of your products?

As all good things come to an end, so do all skincare products’ freshness and therefore, shelf life. You can use Resèt products for up to 12 months from the date of opening. Remember to store them at room temperature and tightly sealed in between applications!

Are Reset products cruelty-free?

Absolutely! At Reset, we champion a world where beauty and compassion coexist seamlessly. We pledge to never test our products or ingredients on animals, neither during the development phase nor at the production level. No third parties have our authorization for animal testing, and we ensure our entire supply chain resonates with this core value.

Are Resèt products vegan?

Yes, our products are 100% vegan - they do not contain any animal or animal-derived ingredients.

I didn't receive my order confirmation email. What do I do?

We automatically send order confirmation to the email address provided once your order is placed. Sometimes our emails are filtered into spam or promotional folders so we recommend checking there. If you still can't find it, you can email us at hello@wearereset.co

Can I change my address on my order?

We work hard to get your favourite products out to you as quickly as we can! That means orders are processed pretty quickly, and we can’t always guarantee they haven’t already been packed and shipped. If you need to make a change, just drop us an email at hello@wearereset.co as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we’ll do our best to sort it for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Ordering from Mauritius

Where is my order coming from?

Great news — we have a warehouse right here in Mauritius! That means your order will be packed and shipped locally with DHL, so you’ll receive it quickly and won’t have to worry about high customs or duty fees.

Can I pay via JUICE?

Yes you can! When ordering from Mauritius, you have the option to pick local JUICE payment. Please note that your order is not confirmed until you have completed the bank transfer.

Why is my bank card getting declined?

If you're having trouble with payments, please try the following options:

1) Contact your bank to make sure your card is activated for online/international transactions

2) Try using a credit card instead of a debit/savings card

3) Pay via MCB JUICE

What courrier do you use?

We partner with DHL Mauritius to deliver your orders. They offer reliable, fast service — so your items arrive safely and on time!

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped via DHL Mauritius and you should typically receive it within 1-3 working days. Once it's shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping and returns

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only shit to the UK and Mauritius via our website. If you wish to shop internationally, please visit our retail partner at www.beautybay.com

How will my order be shipped?

UK: We use Royal Mail to ship all orders, you have the option to pick between standard and express shipping.

Mauritius: We use DHL in Mauritius to ship all orders locally

What is your return policy?

We’re sorry that you didn’t love your Resèt products. We want you to enjoy your haircare experience as much as possible.

If for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Drop us an email with your name, order number and the reason(s) why it didn’t work for you at hello@wearereset.co

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene reasons.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returned UK orders can take up to 14 business days to be received and processed. Once received, refunds take 5-10 business days to be reflected in your account.
