How will I receive the gift card?
After purchase, the gift card is delivered instantly by email with a unique code that can be used at checkout.
Can I schedule when the gift card is sent?
Yes. Choose a send date and the recipient will receive it on that day.
Can I send the gift card directly to someone else?
Yes. You can enter the recipient’s email, name, and an optional message on the product page. The gift card will be emailed directly to them.
How is the gift card redeemed?
At checkout, enter the gift card code in the “Gift card or discount code” field. The value will be applied to your order.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes. If the full amount isn’t used in one order, the remaining balance can be used later.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Resèt gift cards currently do not expire and can be used at any time!
Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What currency is the gift card issued in?
Gift cards are issued in GBP. If you’re shopping from Mauritius, the amount will automatically convert to MUR at checkout.
Can I check my remaining balance?
Yes. Use the link in the gift card email or enter the code at checkout to see the remaining balance.
Can I use multiple gift cards in one order?
